The "XIPU Forum" is an annual activity organized by the XIPU Institution, with the aim of building an interactive platform for think tanks, research institutes, local governments and social communities. The "2020 XJTLU Research Festival and the 3rd XIPU Forum" is jointly organized by the IIH, the XIPU Institution, and the ITTC. A special activity of the XIPU Institution will be held on July 12, which is titled "Suzhou Opportunities and Challenges in the Post-COVID-19 Era", and presided over by Professor Bo Zhiyue of XIPU Institution. Mr. Shen Weiqi, Director of the Research Office of Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee, and Dr. Zhao Wenming, senior pre-operation manager of Magna Automotive Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. were invited as guests. The online final of 2020 XJTLU Artificial Intelligence Product Design and Maker Marathon, hosted by XJTLU and jointly organized by XJTLU International Innovation Hub and XJTLU Artificial Intelligence Industry Research Institute, was held on March 21. The competition included a theme topic "Novel Coronavirus and Other AI products and services for Governance of unknown Public health epidemic" and two specific puzzles using AI and computer science.

Deliver maker culture, stimulate innovation enthusiasm, provide a stage for those who strive to transform various creative ideas into reality to display their talents, and explore practical artificial intelligence creative products from the activities into the International Innovation Hub Incubator of XJTLU to continuously improve and complete the transformation of achievements.

Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University International Technology Transfer Center (hereinafter referred to as "ITTC") is established to provide professional services for technology transfer and commercialization, based on the research talents and international exchange resources of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the University of Liverpool. With the aim of promoting the integration of industry, academia and research, and facilitating regional economic and social development, ITTC builds up a platform for technology transfer and commercialization, intellectual property (IP) innovative cooperation, and also performs as a bridge between industry and academia.

The business scope of ITTC focuses on research projects management, intellectual property operation, and technology commercialization. The digital exhibition hall has been put into use since 2019, providing experimental resources and scientific research bases to the whole community. Integrating with high-quality research and technology resources, ITTC establishes an online information-sharing and communication platform for IP-related businesses. In addition, ITTC works together with partners from universities, enterprises and IP service agencies, in order to create an international innovative ecosystem for IP operation and cooperation.
